DL3SVN amateur radio station

Main shortwave QTH

TRX: Kenwood TS-570D

Antennas: TODO

Antennas have a distance of approx 50 m to any building; not much QRM

Usage: DX as well as local (NVIS) communication; also perfect for emergency radio

Club shortwave QTH

TRX: Yaesu FT 1000 MP; RFT SEG 100

Antennas: ZS6BKW (2× 13.5 m dipole with 7.5m CQ553 450 Ohm ladder line) for 80/60/40/20/10; trap dipole for 30/15

Usage: DX as possible; local (NVIS) communication; usable for emergency radio, located in a big centre of a state capital.

Museum shortwave QTH

TRX: RFT SEG 15D, with extension for 14 MHz

Antenna: ZS6BKW (2× 13.5 m dipole with 7.5m CQ553 450 Ohm ladder line) for 80/60/40/20

Usage: presentation in RECHENWERK computer museum; local (NVIS) communication; maybe usable for emergency radio.

Backup shortwave QTH

TRX: MicroBitX (without external amplifier)

Antenna: magnetic loop; build of copper pipe, diameter: 1300 mm; usable from 3 MHz to 10 MHz;
very powerful for TX, 10W output of MicroBitX is enough to spot in Twente SDR waterfall display.

Usage: only for emergency; radio powered by photovoltaics; too strong QRM for DX.

Logbook

I am too lazy to log all communication, especially while portable operation; sorry.
But I will send a QSL card if you want
It's arduous enough to establish logs of contest.
